I have 38 years in the healthcare industry beginning my career in the medical field as a medical assistant and practice manager. I am a certified professional coder and member of the American Academy of Professional Coders.
I have an extensive background in medical coding, auditing, practice and revenue cycle management. I have audited practices that have experienced employee fraud, implemented safety and quality measures to turn the practices to a positive financial status. My favorite thing is to work with my team on collections! I am passionate about the success of our clients! There success is my success! In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and work on crafting projects.
Amy Grimmett – BHA, CPC
Chief of Operations
I have been a member of the Moore Support Services team since 2012. I hold a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and am a certified professional coder through the AAPC.
In my role, I work closely with providers across all specialties, focusing on practice management solutions and revenue cycle optimization. I specialize in fostering clear and effective communication between provider offices and their billing teams to ensure alignment on policies, procedures, and productivity goals. My experience includes conducting clinic audits to support accurate coding practices, identifying financial account discrepancies, and implementing financial recovery plans.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband—my high school sweetheart—cheering on our daughter as she pursues her passion for soccer.
Tara Sims – CPC
Revenue Cycle Manger – Physical Health Services
I started my healthcare career with Moore Support Services in 2003. I am trained in auditing, billing and coding of physical therapy, medical oncology, family practice, infectious disease, cardiovascular and mental health.
I received my certification as a professional coder with the American Academy of Professional Coders in 2004. I provide training and education to provider offices on multiple software systems. My proficiency and eye for detail with WebPT, Kareo, Therabill, TurboPT, TheraOffice, Medisoft, and other specialty PM systems make me a valued team member for new clients onboarding or practices conversions. I have conducted clinic audits and facilitate correct coding trainings.
Micaela Rust – CPC
Revenue Cycle Manager – Family Practice and Skilled Nursing
I’ve been with Moore Support Services since 2021. I perform intricate auditing, coding, billing and oversite of family practices and skilled nursing facilities. Working with the providers and their staff to assure their practices accounts receivables are accurate – giving them time to take care of our most vulnerable populations and our families medical needs.
In my free time, I am a professional wedding and family photographer and my greatest joy – spending time with my son.

Revenue Cycle Manager – Family Practice and Mental Health
I’ve been with Moore Support Services since 2015. Clients’ accounts receivable is top priority to me. I assure details of payments are accurately accounted for and patient questions are answered timely. Insurance carriers are changing the parameters of contracting and payments continuously and I work closely with our departments to assist in the accuracy of the revenue cycle for everyone.
In my free time, I am a busy mom spending time with two kids.

Hello, I’m Mellisa! I’m the credentialing specialist at Moore Support Services. At Moore Support Services, Inc my position involves verifying and validating the qualifications, credentials, and background of healthcare providers. I ensure that healthcare practitioners meet the necessary standards and requirements to be credentialed and contracted with insurance carriers. I truly enjoy the puzzle that credentialing is and look forward to assisting future providers in their professional needs.
I am newly married and mother to two teen girls. I enjoy gardening, making ferments, and sourdough bread. I’m a foodie to my core and have a house full of animals!”
